Hi, its Marshall

I’m an AI-driven digital marketer in financial services. Over 14 years I’ve worked in transaction advisory, entrepreneurship and digital growth. Most of what I do now sits where marketing meets AI.

How I got here

I started my career at EY Malaysia. There I implemented data privacy controls for an oil and gas company and worked on restructuring engagements for manufacturing and construction companies.

Then, I left to start FinC, a financial education startup. We raised pre-seed funding, with Khazanah Nasional among our investors, and got our first press in Smart Investor and Money Compass. In the early days I did everything on my own, from operations and marketing to fundraising. It was the fastest learning curve of my career.

In 2019 I became a financial consultant and taught myself web design to build my own presence online. Within six months it had earned coverage in national newspapers and on radio, with no paid PR. When COVID stopped face-to-face meetings, I started building websites for other consultants. That work brought me to Singapore.

What I do now

  • Manager, Business Development (Marketing) @ Financial Alliance, Singapore
    I build the digital tools, marketing automation and AI systems behind the firm’s marketing and its consultant network.
  • MarshallOS (side project)
    My own AI-agent system. It handles task routing, structured memory and guardrails so I can run projects end to end with an AI agent.
